A Vintage Wedgwood Livingstone Platter, 47cm

A large vintage Wedgwood semi-porcelain serving platter, made in England and decorated in the elegant Livingstone pattern. Its generous oval form is framed by a softly scalloped edge, while a vibrant arrangement of pink, blue, orange and green florals brings warmth and colour to the glazed white surface.

Designed as much for gathering as for display, it is a piece that balances practicality with quiet refinement. The scale gives it presence, whether used as a serving platter for special occasions or displayed as part of a collection.

We were drawn to its timeless character — a classic example of English craftsmanship that feels equally at home in a traditional setting or a more contemporary interior.

The reverse bears the original Wedgwood backstamp, marked Semi Porcelain, Wedgwood, England and Livingstone.

Condition

Excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. The glaze retains a beautiful shine and the colours remain bright and vibrant. An original piece with honest age-related staining, but looks to have had very careful vintage use.
